666duit account registration can be completed in just 3 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your full name, phone number, email address, and preferred password. Then verify your account via the OTP code sent to your phone. Once verification is successful, your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit.

The minimum age to register and use the 666duit platform is 18 years old. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions. During the KYC process, we will verify your date of birth via MyKad. Accounts found to be owned by underage individuals will be suspended immediately.

No. Each individual is only allowed to hold one 666duit account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances confiscated. If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery function or contact our support team to regain access to your existing account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before you can make your first withdrawal. You'll need to upload clear photos of the front and back of your MyKad, along with a selfie holding your MyKad. The review process is typically completed within 30 minutes on business days. KYC only needs to be completed once for the lifetime of your account.

666duit does not charge any deposit processing fees on our end. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own internal charges for transactions. We recommend checking with your bank or e-wallet provider first if you are unsure about any fees they may apply.

For security and regulatory compliance, deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in the transaction being held or reversed. This is also a KYC requirement to ensure the financial integrity of your account.

The 666duit platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR. If you deposit using a card or bank account in a foreign currency, the exchange rate will be applied by your bank and a conversion fee may be charged by your bank.

A withdrawal request can only be cancelled if it is still in "Pending" status. Once the request changes to "Processing" or "Completed" status, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel a withdrawal that is still pending, contact our customer support immediately before the request is processed.

If your withdrawal shows a "Completed" status but the funds haven't arrived within 2 hours, check your bank statement carefully, including your overall balance. Sometimes bank notifications are delayed even after the funds have landed.
